Track Summary
Most of us know about the verse John 3:16, ‘God so loved the World that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life’, but many tend to stop there, not understanding the context in its entirety. When read on to verse 21, it is shown that there is a condition: those who believe in him will be saved, and those who don’t believe have already been judged.
The problem is, because of one man's disobedience, sin entered the world. God knew that we could not attain righteousness by our own strength because we are desperately wicked, and he knew that it would take a holy and perfect sacrifice to take away our sins. So because of his unrelenting love for us and to save us from our impending destruction, he intervened and sent his only begotten son Jesus to be that perfect sacrifice on our behalf. Now through this one man’s obedience we gain the gift of salvation, if only we believe and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour by the grace of God. (See Romans 5:12-21, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Hebrews 2:9-18)

He became the sin offering, for all those he has chosen
To be made right, so now we approach Him
"Abba father!" We can call;

This message of love was written in blood
It pleased him to die for those that he love
'Cause only his blood could atone for our sins
So turn from your ways, put your faith in Him!
